Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submitted abstracts should be prepared by following instruction below.

*Presentations will be in poster format only.

*All presenters are required to finish early-bird registration before abstract submission. For more details, please check here.

*Abstracts must be written in English.

  1. Title, Affiliation, Name, Abstract
  2. The title of abstract must be limited to 30 words.
  3. The body of abstract without images should not exceed 400 words in length.
  4. Select either one category; Basic Research or Clinical Research

Abstract Submission

Abstract should be submitted online.

  1. Click the "Abstract Submission" button below to access the Registration for Participation system (CONVENRY).
  2. Click the "New Registration" button and enter your personal information to create a login ID for the system.
  3. After creating your ID, please complete the registration process by clicking the “Registration” button. Abstract submission is not possible until payment is completed.
  4. After completing the registration, you will find the "Abstract Submission" button in the main menu.
    Click the “Abstract Submission” button, then click the "Submit a new abstract" button to proceed.
  5. Enter the affiliation (up to 15 facilities), author names (up to 15 authors), and title information. Then click the “Next” button to proceed to the abstract text input screen.
  6. Enter the abstract body information and click the "NEXT" button to proceed to the confirmation screen of your input information.
  7. On the confirmation screen, click "Check your Abstract". A PDF file will open in a new window. After reviewing, please close this window.
  8. The "Submit" button will appear in the original window. Click this button to complete your submission.
    **Note: Your submission is not finalized until you click the "Submit" button. Please be careful not to end the process prematurely. **
  9. After submission, you can log in from the "Already registered" option on the screen in step 1 to modify or withdraw your submitted data.
    **Important: After submitting, modifying, or withdrawing your abstract, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that depending on your email service, this notification may be directed to your spam folder.**

Notification of Acceptance / Rejection

The president will respect the authors’ preference but reserves the right to assign the category and make the final decision of acceptance/rejection.
Authors will be notified by e-mail by early February, whether his/her abstract has been accepted for presentation.
