Early Bird Registration: Noon, October 1 (Wed.), 2025 - January 13 (Tue.), 2026
Late & On-site Registration: Noon, January 16 (Fri.), 2026 - March 29 (Sun.), 2026
* The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.
* Online registration only. Please be sure to make a registration through online before coming to the venue.
No application procedure will be accepted at the venue in-person.

*1: Member rate is applicable to the person belong to the Asian Oceanian Child Neurology Association (AOCNA). Member must input his/her membership number. If you do not know your membership number, please check here.
*2: Student are required to upload a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID via online registration form. Please be advised that “Student” rate will not be applied for students who have full-time job.
*3: The applicable countries are listed here.
*4: Accompanying person is restricted to the family members of the participants.

Important notice for authors
- Abstract submission becomes available only after completing your symposium registration and payment.
- Both symposium registration and abstract submission are handled through the same online registration form.
- Abstract Submission Deadline: Noon, January 13 (Tue.), 2026 (JST)
Payment
Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed. (Except in cases where participation is cancelled due to rejection of the abstract.)
- Payment should be made only in Japanese yen and by credit card.
- The credit cards listed below can be used to make payments via on-line.
- The payment will be made in the name of "JTB Comm Design Registration", not in the name of the symposium.
Receipt / Certificate of Attendance
Receipt and certificate of attendance can be downloaded from your registration account.

- Receipt: from immediately after the payment is completed until one month after the end of the symposium.
- Certificate: from the first day of the symposium (March 27) until one month after the end of the symposium.
Notification to attendees after registration
- After completing each step of the registration process, a total of three emails will be automatically sent to the registered email address, including the login password of your registered account.
- Please save your payment confirmation email as you will need it at the venue.
- Please be sure that your email account does not automatically discard the confirmation to the spam folder.
Especially for Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo Mail users,
Due to anti-spam settings, notification e-mails may not appear in the inbox folder.
Please be sure to check the “junk mail folder” or other folder, as it may be automatically sorted into this folder.
Please set up your e-mail settings so that you can receive e-mails from the “@mail.jtbcom.co.jp” domain, the address from which notification e-mails are sent.

Changes of Registration
Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your registration account.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do not accept any cancellation requests and no refunds will be given for registration. (Except in cases where participation is cancelled due to rejection of the abstract.)

The 10th Azalea Festival Symposium Secretariat recognizes the importance of personal information and the importance of our responsibility to protect privacy. Please note that personal information in the registration system will not be used for purposes other than the symposium. Your information will be stored in controlled servers with limited access.
